Put breast milk on your nipples and let air-dry.

Make sure you’re using the right flange size and not using too high a setting. I made that mistake early on

Lanolin Nipple cream is amazing for soothing them you can apply it prior to pumping/ feeding the baby the gel doesnt hurt the lil one and it takes alot of the soreness away during and after your bundles feeding time 💕 wishing you the best of luck mommy
