It hurts like a b. But it actually helps with the blood flow but actually helps take knots in places out. And if it turns colors you know it needed it. If not. Then it will just stay your skin color.

@mommyandstepmommy, What happen to his back, my step dad broke his bad and nothing helps with the pain he’s had to have some kinda treatments that requires them to put needles into his back I think it might be epidural injections but I’m not 100% sure cause he refuses to tell me what they are because he doesn’t want to worry me.

@mommyandstepmommy, Aw that must be awful! I hate when people suffer like that because my step dad is suffering right now too and I can’t imagine what the pain level is like.

My husband gets this done once a week at the chiropractor to help with his back. He says it helps a lot with the pain he has daily.
