I haven’t posted in almost a week. Still can’t capture a proper photo of the family. Everyone is so sick. I am a mess. The house is a mess. So, here are some pancakes. The recipe is on my site. They are delicious. Much better looking than my mug right now. Enjoy this yummy treat and wash your hands when you touch dirty door knobs because the world is a mess right now.
