A little emotional this morning. Doctors found during my grandfather's COPD episode (nonsmoker) that he will permentaly stay on Oxygen. They can't get it over 95 even with increasing the amount twice. Ran a few more test to find a heart valve is failing and a large blockage in a major artery. After 5 yrs of NTNP I found out I was pregnant with my first a couple of weeks after my grandmother passed now I have a heavy fear he may go before this one is born. They both raised my brother and me so I'm really not handling this well. Sorry for the vent ladies. Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Sending lots of prayers COPD is awful sadly I lost my grandmother to it in July I was very close with both of my grandparents so I know how it is

Sorry I truly hope he gets better, there are miracles that do happen mama. My mom has been so bad since the day I had my baby for 7 months she been in out SICU, ICU, heart failure, kidney disease, infected gallbladder, swelling so bad her lungs keep filling and they have to drain them, she died and went code blue they brought her back a few weeks ago. Rehabs, hospitals and surgeries. Then when she is home she is in a hospital bed and wheelchair so I am her caregiver. So that has been my life for 7 months. So we decided to try for our final baby fast like so she can be around him or her. So here I am 6 wks pregnant.
I pray for your grandfather mama bc its hard on a mama when their close family is in bad health.
@beachcutie0808 thank you so much Hun. That is truly amazing how strong she is and how much she has pulled through. Honestly I'm just caught off guard by the suddenness of it with him. He was diagnosed with it years ago and outside of a couple of incidents it never seemed to hold him down. My aunt and I are currently splitting his at home care but it is still hard.
