I've be doing work outs for 2 months and I never rest more then 3 days I've cut sodas and junk though my weakness is forrero Roche
Started at 175
Now I'm 158
How long till I'm where I wanna be
Wake up at 5am to work out for 1.5 hours in home
I used to do personal training and the biggest problem that I find when people (women specifically) work out is that there is a definite plateau that hits after the first initial loss of weight. Majority of women that I've trained got disappointed, lost interest and quit during this time.
Now to add I want to put something into perspective for you. I used to do professional kickboxing. My training hours were intense (2-3 hours straight every day). I weighed over 160lbs and was in fantastic gorgeous shape. Now, my pre-pregnancy weight for my 4th pregnancy I weighed around less 125lbs, and I am frumpy and look NOTHING to as good as I did when I was over 160, and don't feel as healthy and vibrant either...
My point to all of this:
#1) you could be exchanging "fat" for "muscle" which we all knows weighs more, thus the numbers on the scale won't look drastic as we feel they should for the amount of effort put in
#2) from my personal example, these stupid scale numbers don't even mean much, yes I was over 35lbs heavier at one point but it was the best me I've ever been.
So when I did my training I always encouraged my girls to not step on a scale. Scales are dumb, mess with your brain and get you disappointed for no reason at all. Keep up the good work, you will FEEL better , be healthier and that beats any scale number ❤️
Thank you love....
I've lost sizes I was a size 12 now I'm a 9
I was a large in tops now I'm a small again
My arms need to get thinner
And my thighs I'm working on I just want to be at a good BMI

My hats off to you mama. I don't know the answer to your question but I wanted to congratulate you. ❤
@mrs.letty.luna I understand. I was in a healthy eating seminar and one thing they said is allow yourself a cheat day. They took a pole where they asked if any of the people in the room had been on a diet then they said how many of us stayed on that diet and no one kept their hands raised. Sge said it's because we quit the things we like cold turkey. Now, I am not saying that your diet won't be successful. I'm just saying if you want to give yourself a little wiggle room, give yourself a cheat day or something to keep you going (only if you want).
@missunderstood I only eat one chocolate every 3 days to limit me I'm almost at my BMI goal
Sounds like you’re doing amazing! If you’re working with weights then make sure you increase your weight once it starts getting “easy.” And I agree, don’t pay too much attention to the scale. Look at how your clothes fit. If you’re dropping sizes then you’re doing it right 👏
