Has anyone ever had problems with their ankle mine swells up n feels sprained .. Then it goes away n comes back idk if i should be worried .. I went to er they did an xray and said its fine?

So my last period was the 29th of last month n the last 2 days I'm having bad cramps but no blood or nothing . I get dizzy n light headed . My next period is the 24th idk what's wrong plus I'm nauseous n tired
