Definitely teething then. Look into getting an Amber teething necklace. It stopped my son from drooling entirely, he wasn’t biting everything anymore and helps with the pain. I swear by them. He still wears it at 19 months old and is cutting his back teeth now and I didn’t even know he was teething because the necklace works to control his pain and drooling so well
