I'm definitely not trying to go into labor but I Hurd it helps with labor and tearing
@mommyjay0579, it didn’t help me with tearing, I still ripped to my butthole but I also had a crazy fast labor and only pushed for a few minutes.
@bsr2016 with my first son I got 12 stitches with my second I got 16 those were both 5 hour labors and then my 3rd son I was in labor a hour and half and pushed 2 times but didn't tear but scared to again so bad! And did u take epo orally at all?
I wish I would have started it sooner, but I got the capsules of EPR OIL and Redraspberry Tea at 37 weeks
1000 mg! I did sometimes take one orally at the end of the day whenever I could actually remember to take it!
Helped at the end of my pregnancy! Recommend you don’t start it till at least 37/38 weeks. 😋

I did at 37 weeks (vaginally) and I swear it helped me dilate quickly. It won’t start labor obviously but I did go from 1 to 4 cm in like a week and a half.
