When did you guys give your babies eggs? My daughter is 10 months almost 11 and i wanna give her whole eggs.
New guidelines have just been put in place here in Australia to feed babies allergen foods (eggs, nuts, shellfish) before 12 months, but not before 4 months, to reduce the likelihood of developing allergy. Even babies who are at high risk of having allergies. They recommend feeding them twice a week if possible.

I’ve heard the yolk is okay under a year but not the whites I’m not sure why that’s just what I heard and that’s what my pediatrician told me. I think I have my son a whole egg scrambled though around 10 months and he was fine
Just give it a shot though! Just Watch for reactions like red bumps around mouth area or watery eyes ect. She will be fine 😊
I gave my son eggs at 11 months, first time ever add he’s allergic to eggs. No fun!
When he was 7 months! His pedi suggests 10 months, but I did 7 (I didn't know until I went to his 9 month check up).
I introduced them at 10mos, and gave them to her every morning for 4 days and she never got a reaction, now shes 1 and loooooves eggs lol
I make my daughter a scrambled egg, and she eats almost the whole thing, when you give it to her just wait a couple days before you introduce anything else that is new. Just Incase she has a reaction.
@kiki221, I was hesitant especially being a new mom. But I let her try mine, I waited to see if she would have any sort of allergic reaction. And since then she eats one for breakfast with her strawberries.
6 months as scrambled. He has been eating them since and loves them.
