I live in Ontario and when I was younger we would have family reunions at the local community park. We would just get there early to save the spots lol but maybe something like that could work? Not sure if you’re looking for an actual venue. I’m not much help.

I just saw your comment about your home being too small. Could you have less guests? Or Clear out the living room for the party? Just an idea. You’ll really me much more comfortable in a home vs a venue or park.

I live in an apartment with 4 dogs and a cat 😂 and they don’t take well to new people they are always barking, I was thinking about it but it’ll be more chaotic with them around
