So I gotta say I am a little freaked out right now and confused, and I'm sorry if this is a little long. My last ultrasound was at 12 weeks and they only saw one baby, and I've been using the Doppler once a week for about a minute, at most 2, and only picked up one. Today though when I used it I first put it on my right side and I heard a heartbeat which I found odd because my boy likes to be on my left side for some reason, so I moved the Doppler to the left and sure enough I heard his heartbeat, I moved back to the right and once again heard another heartbeat clear as day. I thought maybe it might be mine so I listened to mine just to be sure and it isn't, mine was beating slower than the other two. Could it be possible I have twins and the ultrasound just didn't pick up on it?

I was reading about how we can hear the echo of our little ones heartbeat through the umbilical cord so i am praying it's just that. I mean if it's twins I will of course love them both like crazy but 6 kids and 2 babies at the same time? Good lord.

I would sometimes hear 2 heart beats on my home doppler and it was where the umbilical cord would start. Try not to worry to much! It freaked me out the first time to and when i brought it up thats what my doctor said, i found the umbilical cord!

Don't panic girl they say at home doppler are not always accurate either. Not saying u aren't hearing your baby but the other side could be noises on your belly

I just saw a post on Facebook where people were talking about how they or people they knew were told they only had one baby the whole pregnancy and when they gave birth there were two! One baby can hide behind the other! It freaks me out. Lol

Yeah I am panicking a little I got to be honest, lol. My anatomy scan isn't until the 21st. Should I call my doctor and bring this up to them maybe or should I just try to put my worry aside and wait until the 21st?

I would just wait because they probably won’t move your anatomy scan up or anything. They usually brush stuff like that off.
