Me too. I’ve started taking the stairs everyday at work 2 times a day and I started tracking my calories.

For 30 days start with one thing you know you need to avoid. Like soda or fast food or pasta. If you can do 30 days without that one thing, raise it to 2 more things for the next 30. And start walking!
