Hi ladies! My question is about something we ALL ADORE- weight gain 🙄
I’m 5’10 and my weight before pregnancy was around 170 but I was very fit. Now I’m at 195 and I look like a mushy croissant, I’m doing yoga and using resistance bands but I can’t stop overloading on chocolate... my dr said I’m okay- what did you guys use to stay fit while pregnant? I’m mostly trying to work on keeping my thighs toned-ish 🤣 much love 💕
I’m 37 weeks now.... same height and similar pre-pregnancy weight as you. I still weight train, but I have lowered the heaviness of the weights significantly and I do more reps.
I used to hike the falls near my house 1.5hrs-4hrs depending if I walked to the falls.
Then I did 1-2hr bike rides (I didn't think I could stay level enough lol)
3 mile walks on my low (not feeling it) days.
There’s not anywhere close to me where I can hike but I walk my dog every morning for at least 2 miles (it’s freezing here) I haven’t ridden my bike though so I’ll definitely try that! I was worried I’d tip over 🤣
I’m short....lol... I’m 5ft. I have gained 18 pounds. Since I’m high risk and baby is super low I can’t do much. I’m doing yoga and swimming. I watch my snack intake. Like you, I can’t get enough chocolate. I’m substituting chips for fresh carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes with lime and Chile.
