Is it safe to drink chamomile or raspberry tea? I’m trying to stay away coffee and I want to stay warm in the mornings when I take my kids to school.
Oh ok it’s nice to know I don’t have to rule out my tea, I don’t over do it. I still drink plenty of water but I still love my cup here and there
Raspberry leave does NOT cause labor. It’s meant to strengthen the uterus. It’s safe to drink after the first trimester and even recommended.
Ok, that’s a bit hard especially when all I crave is sprite, raspberry tea, icy water and fruit drinks but peppermint 🤢 is easy to avoid
My friend had it at 7 months and her baby came preterm dr. Were upset with her but she said she didnt know
@mrs.letty.luna, yeah I naturally crave water so I have no issue with that 💦
@e_elliana408 no, its just not recommended in the first trimester. I would google it
@youre.kickin.me.schmalz, oh ok cause I want to stay away from possible triggers right now that I’m still early. I would kick myself if I triggered my labor and had to deliver my baby at 29 weeks 😬 no no no I need to be past 35 weeks at least to feel good about this baby girl arriving
Raspberry tea is great to drink my dr actually recommend to start drinking it in my 2nd trimester it really does help and doesn't cause labor 2nd baby doing the tea with
