Just gone on to bid for properties and can now bid for only 3 bed properties 😍 will it take longer?

Yeah I’d say so as there more sought after. I already lived in a 2 was entitled to a three was put on for 3 in March 2017. Bidded on one was accepted went to look was awful was then a full year before a decent three came up got it last year in July and live my new home

Do u have two girls already and pregnant with another ur lucky u can bid for a three my housing is 2 girls can share and baby don’t count as extra person till 12 months?

Mine isn’t a massive council it’s a housing association by law mine cudnt share as my boy was 11 and my girl 7 and harri two coming up for 3

Yeah I didn't think I'd be entitled but it just says maximum occupants is 3 people so she must count 😐 what's the difference between council housing and housing associations?x

Not sure tbh mine isn’t owned by council. There still cheap like council I’m not too sure really

When did you apply to bid for 3 bed houses? I’ll be in the same situation soon but I’m only 6 weeks atm x

So I’m guessing I will have to wait until my 12 week scan to apply?, & that’s not bad is it? It’s changed quite quickly hasn’t it xx

Just depends what comes up around your area and if there’s any emergency’s and anyone on a higher band. I didn’t wait long for a three bed in my area, couple months x
