Therapy and alcohol. My mom helped me a lot too.

I went to therapy, focused on the baby and myself, my mom helped me as well, and try not to overwhelm yourself! If shit doesn’t get clean that day, it doesn’t get clean. If you can’t finish all your errands, do them another time. That kinda stuff. Don’t put too much on your plate. Focus on you, the baby and baby’s needs, your needs and take things slow.

@sandycheekz.mom, I liked the alcohol advice, it helps too 😂🤷🏼♀️ But seriously, so thankful for moms! My mom helped me as well.. getting help from family and friends is a must when doing it on your own
