Awe thank you and I think it would help with hips for sure. The one I have had 3 separate belts and one is for hips/pelvis
It’s been 2 years and there’s so way these hips will ever fit in my pre preg size 2 pants 😅 you look so good!

Finally? Lol its only been 6 days 😂 your so lucky. With my first it took me a few months to get back in my pre-preg clothes.
@nbentley88 I have a waist trainer that's what I used with my daughter but I waited a couple months because I thought you had to wait 6-8 weeks before using anything like that.
@xoxochelsey I've always used it right after, it helps push everything back into place. I think using it after wouldn't be as effective but I'm not sure I never waited lol
