Never a good idea lol . I did that and had myself terrified and it wasn’t even close to how it actually was. It was a breeze lol .

Well if you decide to get an epidural you shouldn’t feel it if it happens. Some people don’t tear at all. I had to get one stitch with my first two but nothing with my last one. I had my last one completely natural and it is definitely a lot more than when you do it with an epidural so I suggest getting one lol.

I’m planning on trying to do everything naturally but if I can’t take it I’ll just get the epidural lol I’m dramatic with pain so more than likely I’m going to get the epidural lol

Start doing keegles. I mean anyone can tear but I did them the last half, birthed a 10lb child and didn't tear
Also they can massage the area that could tear. Atleast that's what I've heard.
