Looks like athletes foot. There are creams and things you can get at the drug store. He should do what he can to keep it dry.

Athlete's foot I believe. Many creams available in any pharmacy. Also, just making sure his feet stay dry and not sweaty will help....although I know for some guys this is basically impossible lol.

An anti-fungal

My man gets this too, the creams for athletes foot work good. And he says it relieves the itch right away.
