This happened with my step kids not the interstate but we’re walking busy roads one only had shorts and shoes on and the other one only had underwear on and there mother still got custody back of them after about a week it’s sad they were 4&5 at the time

WHAT!? Such a scary moment to see 2 kids by themselves so glad nothing happened to them and where was their mom she can’t just let them be like that at such a young age
