Getting frustrated with my husband. He hates his job and wants another but to get one any better or even as good paying as the one he has he has to be able to pass a drug test. So he stopped when he ran out on Wednesday, well he ended up smoking with his buddy at work yesterday so that set him back being able to piss clean. I told him he can't do that if he wants to get a better job. Then today he says he thinks he's going to buy more when he gets paid Monday and got mad when I told him no because he wants a better job and to have more money he needs to stop until he at least gets a better job. He starts getting pissed at me and raising his voice to almost crying saying he isn't happy and hasn't been for a while. Which I'm not buying because when he is unhappy he makes it known and that's the first I'm hearing of it. I feel like he is going through withdrawals, he has a very addictive personality. I just don't know how to bring it up to him that he's probably addicted and that's why he's feeling all these things. Idk, opinions?

Weed lol. 😂.I didn't know I wasn't specific. Like I'm cool with him smoking but if he really wants a better job then 🤷

It up to him, if he wants the job , to help better him self and the family he'll quit just enough for the test a least. If not tell him to drink lots of cranberry juice to help flush it out of his system.

If he can’t stop to get a better job that he wants, then he is addicted. Ask him if he needs your help, maybe find something that might help during the time he stops. If you’re okay with the weed, then that’s not the problem, what is the problem is that he cannot stop in order to pass a drug test for a better job that will help his family and make him less miserable. I hate how some people say you can’t get addicted to weed, hell, you can get addicted to soda, the only difference is you won’t lose out on a job for drinking soda. Best of luck!!!

Thank you! And you can get addicted to most anything 🙄 some people just use it as a poor excuse to do it excessively and not stop

I'm having the same problem with my Husband🙄 like identical!!!! .. weed is an addiction especially people who cant seem to handle it right. Any time you go broke for weed when you have little ones its a problem... And he will find ways to make you feel bad for him so it can by him more time to keep smoking. 🤨 been there and living it.

I'm sorry too! Hopefully they will realize it before they dig them selves in a whole and we shouldn't dig them out of it when it happens 😏 yeah when weed came into there lives common sense left along time ago 😑

He probably IS addicted. Psychologically and physically. Everyone thinks it's not addictive but it can be. I suggest a support group. Aa or Na
