What can I give my 1 year old for allergies/sinus infection

Only under the direction of a doctor at this age. They are the only ones who can give proper doses to children under 3.

and it didn’t help him at all

ya honestly there isn’t too much you can do at this age. They said they won’t even allergy test him until at least 3 but maybe 4.
