Did any of you sweet ladies get a bit overwhelmed/annoyed when expecting your baby to come any day due to other people? I am more of a private person, I do like to practice lots of discretion, and those around me will not leave me alone calling/texting “is the baby here yet? Oh I feel so bad for you going past your due date.” They are all nosey and it drives me nuts. The only ones I enjoy talking to is my hubby, doula, and a friend. How did you deal with this while still being polite yet firm? Advice/suggestions welcome.

I didn’t have my phone... everyone i meeded was at the hospital the rest could wait... the last thing you need in labor is more stress momma good luck

Tell them that as excited as they are, you, the parents are even more excited. You would like some time alone before the baby come but you will be sure to let them know when the baby arrives!
Be Blunt ! I am private as well and you waited 9 month's for this baby and you deserve You time with the baby and WHEN your ready you can answer texts and calls or visits.our bodies go thru plenty before delivery and after. You don't owe anyone an explanation. Safe delivery for you 💗
