@rndmshtt most of the day honestly. I don't sleep it in or if it's too uncomfortable I'll take it off for like a little bit. I mean it's not awful, it's definitely worth it to me though.

@rndmshtt honestly.i have a waist trainer too and I like them both. This one just has like 3 separate pieces that you can adjust instead of just one solid piece.

Is it called stomach belt?
