Mommy’s with late walking toddlers!
How did you encourage them to walk? Or did they just suddenly pick it up on their own? My DD is almost 15mo and is still showing no interest 🤷🏻‍♀️
She stands and walks while holding onto the edge of the couch or table but hasn’t done it on her own yet.

If she's cruising the furniture she's getting close! Try not to fret too much, momma. She's probably just advanced in other ways. :)

My daughter didn’t start walking till she was 16 months. We just practiced every day.

Aww okay thank you ladies! It’s hard to not be worried when (seemingly) all the babies her age and younger are already walking 😭

If she isn’t walking by 18 months, then I’d understand being concerned but she’s still got a few months before then and we both know how much can change in just a few weeks! My LO is also 15 months & just started walking a month ago. She showed no interest at all and then one day just took off. I would encourage it as much as possible but didn’t do it so much that she grew to think of walking as work, or like a chore. She will figure it out though, I’m sure. Getting to things is much faster when you can walk/run to it instead of crawl 😂

Try encouraging her. I would stand her her and walk away let her balance herself the moment she would land on her butt I would go yyaaaayyyyyy like loud and clap and I would consistently do it.
