Hello mum's, My daughter is 18 months today. I'm having big problems with sleep times. Before bed she has quite play, pj on, bottle of milk, brush time, story time then sleep at 8pm. I find between 1-2 hours she wakes up and this happens throughout the night. She is a very picky eater during the day so it's hard to try and fill her up. Tried cry out method but doesn't work she cried for 2 hours straight. Anyone got any ideas please. Need my sleep back!!!XXX
