After my first c section I didn’t work out lol. After my second one I went back around 8 weeks and was a little tender there but by 12 weeks it was fine
Omg! Back to back. I can’t even imagine. Glad you are better now. Yes i am feeling pain but Im not sure if it’s from the workout or the csection but it’s only that area. Ugh! Makes me scared.
Unfortunately I’m starting to think so but difference is I’ve had 3 csection back to back and now 2.5 months postpartum and omg I feel good but my core is very very weak but after my second cesection I actually felt better than now my core was good just had a numb patch
