So I’m like having really bad acid reflux some nausea and some cramping my doctor said the cramping is because my uterus is expanding and that this is all normal but this is miserable anyone know how to help I take Tylenol for the cramping. The acid is HORRIBLE please help!!!!!

ok moms I need some help!! I am 5 weeks and I'm cramping terribly! wakes me up in my sleep. I can't get comfortable and its like menstral cramps. is that normal?
so acid reflux has kicked in already!!! repeat of my first pregnancy!!! good lord!!! I'm going to have to stock up on some tums!!! any of u lady's find something that helps your acid reflux? I never really tryed anything else but tums!!!
