I stubble across a page on Facebook called Faces of Forced Adoption. I've read a few stories where mothers have had their child taken by social services for ridiculous reasons. It all sounds barbaric but then I'm thinking maybe I'm being too naive.
One story was about a 17 year old girl whose child was taken at birth to be put up for adoption on the grounds of possible "future emotional damage". It was her first child. She sounded like she'd had a damaged childhood herself, several older sexual partners, drugs, trouble with law, mental health, ect. And I think they based it on that. That's a bit unfair like. Some people totally turn their life around for their children. I knew a few party-mad wackheads that are now perfect household mothers.
There was another story where a mother to a newly born baby asked for help regarding her mental health and from there, seeking help, turned into a valuation of an unfit mother? Child was forcibly removed.
Maybe there's more to these stories than they are letting on but it's a really scary read! Couldn't imagine.

I’ve seen a page of a family fighting to find their little boy and them standing on the streets speaking through microphones with pics of the little boy and signs who say he was taken by social services for them to meet their targets and stuff 😞 xx

That's exactly the sort of stuff they say on this page. That they make money out of putting children up for adoption? It all sounds crazy xx

@clarelushx definitely sounds like there only putting there side of the story up of course there gunna make it out asif it wasn't there fault and social services are in the wrong ect ect but social services wouldn't remove a baby or child for no good reason xx @clarelushx

Yeah I was thinking maybe it's all one sided and questioned to myself why they'd do that. Supposed you'd never really know the closed-door story to what's gone on in any of the cases xx

Yeah I completely agree with @chesscalouise2, you only see one side of the story... social services don’t just take children for the hell of it. In the nicest way possible, the people putting up the posts are blinded with love, they aren’t seeing the possible dangers the children are in.

At least they’re doing something- like they should have for Baby P💔 they must have sufficient reasons.
