These days tend to be full of long hours of labor for Thad and long hours of watching the kids solo for me, which means we're both generally overtired and out of patience. We live in the same house but some days we hardly see each other; he's in his construction zone upstairs (or at Home Depot) and I'm downstairs while the kids deconstruct my zone 😂 We don't always agree on everything about the house and we don't always agree on everything about the kids. We have sweet moments of relaxing and dreaming about what our days will look like when "everything's done" and we have fights about who's doing what and what should be next on the ever changing list of priorities, followed by moments of pure gratefulness for what we've been blessed with and the chance to project together and for our amazing family and friends who love and support us and for the memories we're already creating. Then we collapse in bed only to be woken up 5x in 6 hours by the kids and the dog, haha. I have nothing profound to say about all this right now, that's just our life right now and it's just crazy 🤷🏻♀️
