Before going back to work I pumped after every feeding to build an ocer supply. I had a good size stash before going back and I pumped every 3-4 hrs at work.

If you fear you do not have enough you can look into donor milk. There's a fb group that donates for free. Human milk for humans [insert state].
Also just keep pumping every morning and night before bed. And make sure you constantly nurse when together. ♥️
I got up early in the morning to pump, and would give him breast milk in a bottle before we left for work/daycare.
I made sure to pump 3 x at work (morning break, lunch, and afternoon break). Then he would nurse when we got home and again at bedtime. I also pumped the other side that he didn’t nurse from.
When I went back to work, my son was nursing about every 2.5 hours. So I’d nurse him about 4 am, before work, pump every 2.5 hours after that, nurse when I came home and then nurse for bedtime. Was about 7-8 sessions a day as long as I kept the pumping schedule on track.
He was about 13 weeks when I went back part time and 17 weeks when I was back full time.
