she might not like the taste, it’s pretty strong. as long as that one isn’t made with honey, (agave syrup instead) it should be safe to give her. i’d put a humidifier wherever she’s sleeping, and also rub some baby vicks on her chest. my daughter just went through the same stuff. you can also buy baby vapor bath soap that will help open up her sinuses.
