I so am drained 😴😴😴 between this sinus cold 🥶🤧🥵 waking up to change 💩 diapers and feeding🍼👶🏾 then cleaning bottles to pump 💪🏾 and making sure she has milk is very tiring😢😢😢... I DEFINITELY DON’T MISS THESE DAYS!!! 🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️

It’ll get better soon momma! Have you thought about just breastfeeding rather then pumping and washing bottles? I’ve had some different problems this time around but it so convenient.

It takes some time. Maybe try to express some milk into her mouth and compress and message your breast once it’s in her mouth.
