Having a couple of those days were my anxiety is at an all time high.

I'm over thinking and finding myself just sitting here with nothing to do as I've got some sort of brain fog going on.

Next week I go back to work and I'm hoping it shifts it (even though I know the entire store knows why I've been off but I've nothing to hide just alot of people giving pity 🙄)

I need to keep myself active but damn it's so hard when everything comes with a what if 😫
