I have tried milk and it’s not helped at all today. I used Tums earlier on but didn’t help. My last pregnancy I had to be prescribed something to help because everything I tried wouldn’t ease it but I’m really not wanting to take anything more than I have to with this pregnancy. I’ve tried to stay away from anything food/drinks that may trigger it but still no luck. I’m going to get more Tums tomorrow and try again and hopefully it’ll help.
I’m going to get more Tums tomorrow and if that don’t help I’ll talk to my ob and see what she thinks. I have to be careful on what I take because my blood pressure goes crazy during pregnancy. 🤦🏻♀️
I had blood taken after blood taken, constantly driving an hour to the dr office just to have my blood pressure taken randomly(ob’s requests) and urine samples. With my last pregnancy she was afraid for me to go to 39-40weeks so she induced me at 37weeks. We still had a lot of complications because the pitocin drip would spike my blood pressure but lower my sons so they had to keep turning it on and off. So with this one I’m trying to just take my prenatals and extra vitamin D and really watch what goes into my body. My grandmother told me to try cooking fresh garlic in my food and honestly my blood pressure has only been high one time so far!🤞🏼

Sadly I understand, that’s how my last pregnancy went. I just hope I won’t have to do that this time.
