So annoyed with my complex neighbors calling HOA because of our dogs barking & sending a recording of them barking ! WELL DUH they are gonna bark you are standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR STUPID !!! Literally my neighbor has 2 dogs and there dogs bark when I’m opening MY apartment door so why is no one complaining about them !!

I wouldn’t think there’s anything that can be done unless your allowing your dogs to bark for a long period of time. Dogs bark lol it’s not an issue unless it becomes a “nuisance” in most apartments or townhomes 🤔 We own a rental property and the strata has strict outlines for what they consider nuisance barking...we had a tenant who’s dogs barking became an issue but it was really bad.

@aanyssa.nichols1998, So in reality the HOA wouldn’t be able to define that as nuisance barking. Sounds like your neighbour is just being a tit head.

that’s what I’m saying like they were by our window recording in the beginning of the recording there is no barking till maybe 15 seconds in because they realized someone was by the window lol
