So most likely I’ll be going back to work around January 21. I have to get with my boss because the day care we chose won’t have an opening till either May or August. My boss mention that they wanna do a night shift again so I would work nights and hubs would work days. I’m tore because my mom work schedule is mostly going in around 1 or 2 pm till about 9 -10 pm through the week so I don’t know if it would be better for me to work like 5 am till 12 pm and some on the weekend to make up hours or just work nights. And just have my mom watch him for a few hours in the morning.
I’m an over thinker so till I know what I’m doing for sure I’ll be stressing over it lol.
What do you working moms do? What hours do you work? Who takes care of your kids?!

I quit when I had my preemie. I ended up getting a work from home gig a year later
It has been a God send. I'd do whatever it takes to get through cold and flu season without sending your kiddo to a day care.

He would be going to a home daycare with only a few kids which is a little better then a big day care with a bunch of kids. He will be at least 6 months if not 9 months old before going to day care. We can’t afford for me not to work 😢 but we’re looking at all the best options for us.
That’s awesome you were able to get a work from home job! That’s sometimes perfect for having little ones at home!

I go back to work Wednesday and I’m dreading it!! Of course the government is currently shut down so that could push back my start date.
I work a compressed work schedule of 7-4:30 and have every other Monday off
My husbands bosses wife will be watching our girl. She’s raising her own 8 children ages 4-21 so we’ve got a pro makes leaving our girl much easier

I work 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday and they stay home with their ddad

My boss mention maybe having me work every weekend 12 hour day for 24 hours. He is willing to work with me! So I just gotta see what’s best for my family. It’s temporary

My boss is begging for me to come back. Idk when I’ll be able to. I had a complication with my c section. And my son has a breathing problem so it’s another reason I don’t wanna go back. I was thinking of going back nights. But he’s such a mommy’s boy daddy wouldn’t get any sleep. He even said that the other night. 😂

it fun and a lot of work. Always something to do! Was harder when I was pregnant. I worked up till my water broke.
