It’s definitely uncomfortable and can be a littleeee painful. Just take it super slow. You’ll be able to go at normally after a little longer

I did at 7 weeks pp and it was completely painless. I had a slight tear/stitches too. I guess it just depends.

Ok that’s what I was worried about. I had stitched too. At my 6week appointment she said wait another two weeks because they were still there.

I got a little bit of stitches and starting doing it within a month it did hurt a little like a pinch but it wasn’t too bad I was very scared too and felt uncomfortable but it was fine
