I don’t know about anyone else here but I had a thought that kept me up tonight.

My ex husband and I tried for 7 years of our 8 together.

We have been divorced for 4 years and I remarried 2 years ago. I am 11 weeks and realized I want to tell my ex before I tell the world.

My heart hurts to tell him but I want him to hear it from me. After trying so long together it is a painful feeling of guilt and sadness with my otherwise good news.
