My period is now two days late and it’s always spot on my last pregnancy I got a dark positive the morning my period was supposed to start. I got a negative yesterday. I took my birth control patch off last month because of problems. I have no pregnancy or period symptoms happening. I’m not trying to conceive but obviously a possibility with no protection. WHAT IS GOING ON HELP ME LOL

It’s probably because you took of your patch. Going off bc can effect your cycle

Even if I’m the past everything went back to normal, it’s not always the case. More than likely, your body is reacting to you being off birth control.
