Okay, long post, but i been meaning to post this for the past week, but my kiddos have kept me busy. I just wanted to tell everyone who is expecting, if you feel something isnt right, trust your instinct!

Two weeks before my induction my LO stopped moving as much, which was odd cause usually he would move so much it would hurt! Everyone told me it was normal (he was my 3rd so i knew it wasnt) but even my dr said it was fine, that he was just running out of room, but i pushed it until he finally requested weekly biophysicals. Despite his heart rate fluctuating between 156-128 they kept saying everything was fine. I kept asking them to check his cord cause i was worried it may be strangling him. They said it was fine, but again, something didnt feel right.. It would take what felt like forever to get him to move, and he wouldnt practice his breathing.. and on the last biophysical he was back to being head down. They said his cord was infront of his face, but again, they said he was fine. So they decided to schedule induction for 3 days later. (through all of this i was lucky to get 10 movements a day).. Fast forward three days, at 39weeks, i get induced, and after 4hours of labor, its time to push.. After his head was out i had to stop pushing because, surprize, his cord was wrapped around his neck.. 5 TIMES! It was strangling him. And if it wasnt for me pushing my dr so much he wouldnt have induced me when he did, he would have put it off for two more weeks.. So ladies, please, trust your mothers intuition if you ever feel that something with your baby isnt right, because its better to be too safe than sorry!
