I use pure vitamin e oil but it’s really thick and sticky so you’ll need a medium to apply it smoothly. I add a bottle to a plain lotion, coconut Oil, aloe, cocoa butter. Something like that. I used it when I had stretch marks from dramatic weight gain and loss a few years ago.
