How long after stopping birth control do afs get regular? I stopped them on November 9th. I’m 19 days late for af. I’ve taken multiple tests, all negative. 😏

For most, it is 6 months or longer! Personally I got pregnant on my 4th cycle. The first cycle off birth control was over 50 days long, I think 53 or 56. Then dropped to 40, 32 then I got pregnant.

Well then I feel a little better about it! This would be my first cycle off of bc and it’s at 59 days so far 😏 it’s very frustrating but I’m trying to stay positive. I keep tricking myself into thinking I’m pregnant but all the tests say otherwise 😩

@twinmommy1717, ya and it sucks bc the crazy hormone fluctuations will mimic pregnancy symptoms too! I think after two missed cycles they say to call primary DR. They can give you something to trigger ovulation/period.
