Why did you break something you should have just called the cops. If he actually did something they would have taken him. Now you could get charged with vandalism especially if they can’t prove he did anything to you.
If you call the cops, you are probably going to go to jail. Especially if there is nothing on record of him doing anything to you. You breaking that window made you the aggressor. need more information.

Vandalism or damage to private property... no biggy may even be dismissed if there is cause such as sexual harrassment or worse.
