So is the cramping feeling mild contractions or Braxton hicks? Or would that be the same thing?

No not exactly they just kinda linger and then go away on their own

Ahh okay well it could be BH or the start of labor. If they get more intense/frequent then it's contractions. If it just goes away its BH.

Could be the early stage labor contractions, does it go away when you walk or change positions?
