I hate it when they do that, the amount of times it happened and we've complained each time, surprisingly nothing has been breakable from them. Yodel on the other hand, threw a parcel that had 'fragile' all over it, over our 6ft side gate. The complete denby dinner set was smashed to smithereens. I'm sure they just don't care! Xx

@winterbaby95 I had this happen to me in September! (early christmas shopper 🙈) It was a ring for my mum, a very expensive one at that! Keeping in mind it would of fit through the letter box instead they had the utter disrespect to just toss it so that it landed on our front steps! I contacted amazon who were surprisingly lovely about it.

My friend ordered some chefs knifes for work, they were out. Amazon delivered them and left them on the wall outside their house 🙈
