Am I having back labor?? Am I in labor. Please help 😩 my doctor is very far and I don’t want to go for no reason

Okay. It’s like I can talk and move around and stuff but as soon as I sit or lay down the pain increases

They say unless the pain keeps you from talking to just wait and sometimes your water won’t break on its own and sometimes it will. Drink some water and relax if you can. ❤️ however it does sound like you’re having back labor. When I was in labor with my daughter I had to sit up on the side of my bed. I only felt the contractions if I was laying down on my back so I sat and leaned over the side of the bed kinda and it helped me throughout my whole time in the hospital. Good luck!
