Omg, my boobs hurt so much today I considered going back to the hospital. They felt as though I had rocks in them.
My mom had to come over and hot compress and massage them, which btw hurts like hell.
Anyone else experience this after birth ?

yes! when my milk came in I swear my boobs were going to explode. my boyfriend literally had to milk me like a cow so i could get relief I didn't have a good pump at the time and we were struggling with breast feeding I was miserable! I definitely feel for you ❤

Sounds like your milk is coming in. Pump and massage them. Hope u get some relief
