We put our son in a full size bed right before he turned 2. We switched him to a twin size bed when he was almost 3.

My girl is still in a crib. I won’t be putting her in a bed until she can climb out. But I have considered doing it soon though....to help transition her to fall sleeping by herself but afraid she will roam

Still trying with Lily since she turned 2. 😶 She keeps getting out of it.
