Babygirl has become lactose intolerant like her father 😑 she’s going to be 11 months... what milks would be good for her when I switch her to regular when she’s a year? I need the help for WIC purposes. I’ve looked into almond milk but I’m not sure if WIC takes that.

My daughter had to be switched to soy milk around 8-9 months old. She’s now almost 3 and is still on it. I get it on Wic also.

They also can give you lactose free whole milk , my daughter’s lactose & she’s been drinking it just fine ! It taste just like regular milk!

@momof2babygirls, yes, it’s a plant based milk. Soy is considered a complete protein so it’s an excellent alternative.
